Megan is a native of Baker and graduated from Baker High School in 2008. That same summer she began her journey in the dental field. Graduating from Northwest Florida State Collage as an Expanded functions dental assistant and licensed dental radiographer. During her time in the assisting program, she was awarded the 212 Degree Award and maintained academic excellence on the Dean’s list. She is a familiar face around the office to patients because she took her first job as a dental assistant here in 2009. Dental assisting lead her to a position in an Oral & Maxillofacial surgery office where she spent 5 years learning the ends and outs of dental surgery and sedation as a surgical assistant. Since then she has also received her A.A. from NWFSC where she studied business and is now using that knowledge and 13 years of experience in the dental field as Office Manager. In her spare time, Megan enjoys being outdoors on the river or beach with her family and friends.

Nicki was born in the heart of Cajun country, New Orleans! Her family moved here when she was 5 and has adapted to the panhandle life well. She attended Northwest Florida State College where she graduated in 2011 with her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certificate and is a licensed dental radiographer. She has 10 years of experience working alongside many different specialties and general dentistry. Her experiences have given her the knowledge to educate her patients by presenting various options for their smile and overall oral health. Nicki is not only a dental assistant but, an outstanding mom to two beautiful girls that she is immensely proud of. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and fishing. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Victoria was born and raised right here in Crestview and graduated from Crestview High School in 2008. She started in the dental field as a front desk receptionist where she came to love dentistry and knew this was what she wanted to do for her career. She followed her newfound passion and worked hard to receive her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certificate and dental radiography license in 2018 from the Academy for Dental Assistants. Victoria's warm personality and enthusiasm for her job makes patients feel extremely comfortable. She strives to educate the importance of maintaining oral health to prevent patients from experiencing future discomfort. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and most importantly her little dog, Tank!

Jessica graduated from Pensacola State College and obtained a Dental Hygiene License in 2014. Her duties as a Dental hygienist include routine and periodontal cleanings, taking dental radiographs, administering local anesthesia, applying fluoride treatments, and patient education. What she most enjoys about being a dental hygienist is meeting new people and helping patients overcome the fear of the dental office. In her leisure time she loves being outdoors whether its fishing, running or just relaxing in the sun!

Mollie is a native and grew up here on the Emerald Coast. She graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2009. Mollie attended Northwest Florida State College where she earned her Associates of Arts degree and then went on to earn an Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Gulf Coast State College in 2017. She was awarded with the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award and made the Presidents List for academic excellence. She returned to Gulf Coast State College to become certified in administering local anesthetic. She enjoys creating a comfortable atmosphere for patients to feel relaxed and to look forward to coming in for their dental visits! Outside of work she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Addie was born and raised in Wisconsin and moved to Alabama in 2021. She graduated high school in 2008. She has 5 years of dental experience working the front desk, and as an office manager. Dental has become a passion of hers, and educating people on oral hygiene is something she loves being able to do. She loves being a part of the process to help patients and get them smiling again.  Addie spends her spare time outdoors, fishing, and at the beach. She loves animals! She is a mother of 2 boys.
