Save your time going to any other dentist and PLEASE come here instead. I called with an emergency because of a fractured tooth, they got me in the next day. Before this I went to three other dentists who yanked my chain around about whether or not my tooth could be saved and all of them took the more expensive route for an extraction, bone graft and implant. Not only that, all of the other ones told me they could get it done when I scheduled, but when I actually showed up, told me they didn’t have time. As soon as I arrived at my appointment here, they not only told me my tooth could be saved but offered a cheaper alternative, and got it done RIGHT THEN. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you can tell they actually care about their patients!!! Will be a returning patient for as long as I’m in Crestview :)

Had an emergency and in severe pain.. While not a patient at the time they worked me in on the same day I called. Great team, great staff, def put patient care as priority 1!

First thing first!! I am scared of dentists and have always felt judged due to my dental situation. HOMETOWN FAMILY DENTISTRY AND ALL EMPLOYEES FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE MD ARE AMAZING!! Not once, did I feel judged or uncomfortable. I was nervous and in a lot of pain. Everyone took time to explain everything to me and made sure that I knew I have options!I have a long road ahead to fix my issues and this will be the only office/people that I want to go on this journey with. Thank you all for making me feel like I matter!

Highly recommend! Mollie was so pleasant to be around and made me comfortable in a usually uncomfortable situation. She also took her time and made sure my teeth were in tip top shape before she was finished cleaning. The facility was also very pretty and clean! Glad to call then my new “Hometown” dentist!!!!

I hate trips to the dentist office. I have way more anxiety about it than I really need. I've been through more than my fair share of dentists. Dr. Rowell and his awesome staff are the only people I trust my teeth to. He is the only dentist who has ever performed a root canal on me without pain. And his staff are all amazing. Every single one of them from the front desk on back are professional, friendly, and just plain awesome. Dr. Rowell and his excellent staff have improved the quality of my life.

I definitely recommend Hometown Family Dentistry in Crestview for any dental work you need. The staff is kind and professional. The dentist is gentle and they clean your teeth very well. Great business!

Dr. Rowell and his staff did an excellent job cleaning and taking care of some concerns.   They cleaned my children’s teeth also and were great with them.  I recommend checking them out if you are looking for a good local dentist.
